This mountainside home has a commanding view of the Ukiah valley. It has a pier and grade beam foundation with 10 foot ceilings and 7 foot doors. The main living area has very elegant and efficient stained concrete floors with radiant heat. The kitchen includes some concrete countertops, high-grade appliances, and ample workspace.

The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub overlooking the valley, his and hers vanities, and large walk-in closet. The two children's rooms directly feed into a shared bathroom. A third guest bathroom has easy access from the living area and guest bedroom/office space. We also included a built-in vacuum system, children's loft, outdoor shower, and 1/2 basketball court.
