New construction in the west hills of Ukiah, a beautiful example of ARXX construction. This home and another we built for the owner have 14 inch thick walls, 10 foot ceilings, and 8 foot Knotty Alder interior doors. We installed saltillo tiled pavers with radiant heat, open kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Viking range.

The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a 200 square foot walk in closet. Outside the house we put in 1800 feet of outdoor slate tiled for the patio, a 3 car garage, and 50 year roof. As with all ARXX construction, this home is energy efficient, structurally tough, and has superior fire resistance. The owner enjoys energy savings, comfort year around, and superior protection from the elements.
