Creekside Apartments

This is a fire restoration project. Apartment #18 was completely gutted by fire and 12 rafters were completely destroyed. There was also water and smoke damage to 3 other apartments. These apartments had to be stripped and refinished. Apartment #18 had to be re-plumbed, re-wired, re-framed, and refinished.

The insurance company gave us only four months to complete the work. With the residents out of their homes, we were thorough while also being efficient. The Willits Building Department worked with us so we were able to complete this project a month early! The apartments were available for occupancy 30 days ahead of schedule.
